Ireland. My Grandfather emigrated from Ireland in his late teens for a better life. He loved being an American, but his love of Ireland was always part of my life growing up. We have a lot of relatives that visit from over there, and I would love to see them again. The fact that it has such a fantastic Pub culture might have little to do with it as well.
I started my career in the 90s before the term digital marketing was even coined. I had a small web design company and had always envisioned myself more as the coder but quickly became fascinated with marketing and the science and creativity that goes into creating a brand and convincing people that your brand is the right fit for them.
Be open minded and ready to learn. No matter how much you think you know, there is always more to learn and the team at Improve & Grow has created a great system that works very well.
It’s a long list, my wife says I like to collect hobbies. I enjoy hobby board games, tabletop gaming and roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons. I am a homebrewer and love to make my own beer, wine, cider and cheese. I am active in the Boy Scouts and love the outdoors, I go camping and hiking regularly. I read and collect comic books and enjoy Science Fiction and Fantasy books and movies. I love to cook outdoors and have a variety of grills, smokers and spits that I use.
All of them resonate with me at some level but I really love the Generosity core value. Volunteering my time and helping the community has always been a big part of my personal life and I am excited to also make it part of my work life.
Business Owner. It’s pretty much all I wanted to be growing up.
Welchy. I went to a small school and there was already a Brian there so almost immediately, the other kids decided I had to go by my last name. Welch very quickly turned into Welchy
Toss up between any local board game store and the Total Wine in Maryland. If I am going to be broke I might as well have a bunch of board games to occupy my time or a great selection of bourbon to share with friends.
