Program Overview

The I&G Referral Program rewards employees, clients, and partners for successful referrals that result in new client relationships with Improve & Grow, LLC. The program offers financial incentives and reciprocal referrals to show our appreciation for helping us connect with potential clients.

Who Can Participate?

The program is open to current I&G employees, clients, and partners who have access to business owners in our target market. Eligible businesses for referral include local service providers such as contractors, accountants, consultants, financial advisors, IT professionals, attorneys, and similar service-oriented businesses.

Ideal Referral Candidates

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred business should meet the following criteria:

  • Operates as a local service provider.
  • Has been in business for at least three years.
  • Generates an annual revenue of at least $1,000,000.
  • Has a defined sales process but needs more qualified sales leads.
  • Is looking to grow by 30-50% within the next 12 months.
  • Is not a startup or only seeking one-off services like website development or ad campaigns.

How the Referral Process Works

To ensure a smooth process and ensure you receive your referral bonus, we’ve outlined the steps below. These simple actions will help us connect with your referral and bring them on board successfully.
  1. Introduce the Prospect: The referrer should formally introduce the potential client to I&G via email, phone, or in person.
  2. Prospect Confirmation: The referred business must acknowledge the referral when engaging with I&G.
  3. Client Onboarding: To be eligible for the referral bonus, the new client must sign a service agreement and complete payment for their first month of services.

Referral Rewards Payout

Once your referral becomes a paying client, we want to make sure you’re rewarded for your efforts. Depending on your relationship with I&G, your referral reward will be issued as follows:
  • For Clients: The referral reward will be issued as a credit toward your I&G services.
  • For Partners and employees: The reward will be issued as a check once all referral conditions are fulfilled.

Here’s a suggested pitch to use when referring a potential client to I&G:  “Do you have clients that need more sales leads to meet their revenue goals? Exclusions and Conditions

I&G reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any referrals that do not align with its ideal client profile. Referrals for businesses classified as startups or those seeking only limited or one-time services, including but not limited to website design or individual advertising campaigns, shall be deemed ineligible for participation in this program. I&G reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the terms of this referral program at any time, without prior notice.
