Simplified Plans and Expanded Value
As part of this update, we’ve simplified our plan structure and expanded access to features across plans—without taking anything away from existing users.
Standard Users Upgraded to Pro — Expanded Features at a Lower Price
As part of this update, we’ve made a significant improvement to the LeadHub Pro plan—and extended that value directly to our existing customers.
What’s changing:
- The LeadHub Pro plan price is being reduced from $500 to $300/month, effective January 1, 2026
- Voice & Conversation AI Agents are now included in the Pro plan
- All clients previously on the LeadHub Standard plan have been upgraded to the Pro plan at no additional cost
This means Standard plan users now have immediate access to additional Pro-level features, including:
- Social Media Management
- Proposals, Invoices & Payments Management

There is no price increase, no action required, and your existing data, workflows, and settings remain unchanged.
To simplify our plans moving forward and deliver more value through a clearer structure, the Standard plan is no longer offered as a standalone option.

Agents work 24/7, helping capture opportunities after hours and during busy periods—while keeping your team informed and in control. These agents are optional and can be configured when and if they make sense for your business.
Starter Plan — Now $75/month (Effective January 1, 2026)
The Starter plan price is being reduced from $100/month to $75/month, representing a significant increase in value.
Starter continues to provide a strong foundation, including:
- Lead Capture & Management
- Review Management
- Business Listing Management
- Unified Communication Management
- Appointment Management
When compared to the combined cost of tools like CallRail, Birdeye, and Yext, Starter delivers powerful functionality at a fraction of the price.
Current Starter clients will automatically receive the new lower price beginning January 1, 2026.
Core Plan — Same Price, New Automation Features
The Core plan remains $150/month, but now includes expanded automation capabilities.
Core includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Email & SMS Campaign Management
- Automated Workflow Management (newly included)
One of the most meaningful additions to the Core plan is Automated Workflow Management, which helps reduce manual follow-up and improve consistency across your sales and communication processes.

Automated Workflow Management allows you to automate the routine follow-up and internal tasks that often slow teams down.
With workflows, you can:

LeadHub Tracker Access (Legacy Plan)
A small number of clients use LeadHub primarily for lead tracking.
- These clients will continue to have access to Lead Capture & Management at the current $25/month price
- This access remains unchanged and is not affected by the plan updates above
Note: With the Starter plan now priced at $75/month, some Tracker users may find it a more approachable way to access additional communication, reputation, and scheduling tools when the timing is right.

What is Automated Workflow Management, and who gets it?
