Our hiring process generally takes 4-5 weeks depending on interview scheduling and is very communicative from start to finish. You’ll be in direct contact with our team, and we’re here to answer any questions you have throughout the process.
We strongly believe in the power of mentorship and make learning and career development extremely accessible for anyone who wants to take advantage of it. From coffee chat with leadership to ongoing education opportunities, we support you in the learning and development you seek.
While the term ‘agency’ may have some connotations, we believe in a healthy work life balance and don’t require you to work outside of working hours. Most of our team enjoys the flexibility of our hybrid work environment. Some may start the day working at home or from a coffeeshop and then come in in the afternoon. Others choose to work from home one or two days per week. To us, the most important thing is that your an active member of the team, contributing to our client success, and getting your work done in a timely manner.
Giving – Every month we give 10% of our profit to a charity or non-profit. Each month we rotate through the team giving everyone the opportunity to choose where the money goes.
Time –
1) We volunteer as a team a few times per year. Also, nearly every team member serves their community in their own personal capacity.
