Jen Leong is a customer success specialist for Improve & Grow. She brings seven years of combined digital marketing, account management, and project management expertise to the team, focusing on customer service.
Jen works to build client relationships and help the team complete projects on time. Before joining Improve & Grow, she worked as an Account Manager for many marketing organizations. Her responsibilities included managing accounts from start to finish — from initial call to closure — building solid relationships with clients at all levels to achieve their goals successfully. Jen also enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Milo and Oliver.
