Half of our vision is helping camps we’ll never bill. The podcast is the most direct version of that — no gate, no email required, no pitch at the end. Two people who work with camps every week, talking about what’s actually working, so a director in a season where hiring an agency isn’t realistic still has somewhere to turn.
It’s also a partnership rather than a solo project. Carl and Mark run different firms and could reasonably treat each other as competition. We’d both rather the camp world be better served, so we make this together.
