Camp ADS

Show up when groups are ready to book.

When a church leader or family searches for a retreat venue or summer camp, the first thing they see is ads. Camp Ads puts your camp there, and makes sure the click turns into an inquiry.

Why groups skip over you

The first thing groups see when they search is an ad. Make it yours.

SEO builds visibility over seasons. Ads get you in front of groups today. When a church planning a fall retreat searches “retreat center near me,” the top of the page is paid results. If your camp isn’t there, the group starts with someone else’s website, and the first few options often shape the shortlist.

Note: Many camps qualify for the Google Ad Grant

Most nonprofit camps also qualify for the Google Ad Grant, up to $10,000 a month in free search advertising. Plenty of camps never claim it, or claim it and let it sit, because the grant comes with rules that reward careful management.

What Camp Ads includes

Everything it takes to keep your camp front and center and producing bookings year-round.

Ad accounts drift without someone watching them. This is what we handle each month so yours doesn’t.

Google Ads Grants

Eligibility checks, setup, and ongoing management to keep your grant account in good standing and maximizing your grant usage.

Google Ads

Ads for summer camp, retreats, and group rentals, each matched to what that audience actually searches for.

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram ads that reach parents, church families, and past guests before they start searching.

LinkedIn Ads

Targeting for corporate group planners looking for a team retreat or conference venue.

Ongoing Optimization

Every call, form, and booking request is tracked to its source. We use what we learn to test, adjust, and fix what isn’t working.

Monthly Reporting

What we spent, what it earned, and what’s next, in language you can take to a board meeting.

Ads built for camps

Your camp has multiple audiences. Your ads should treat them that way.

This is where camp ads stop resembling ordinary ads. Most businesses promote one thing all year. Your camp fills a summer, a fall retreat season, a weekend rental calendar, and maybe a corporate conference slot, each with its own audience, budget, and deadline.

Seasonal budgets

Spend follows your calendar. We push harder before registration opens and when midweek and off-season dates need filling, and ease off when you’re full.

The right platform for each audience

Google reaches people already searching. Meta reaches parents and church families earlier. LinkedIn reaches corporate planners. We use each where it fits, not all of them everywhere.

Grant rules are real

Grant accounts have their own requirements, from tracking to click-through rates. Someone has to keep the account in good standing so the free budget keeps flowing.

Inquiries & Bookings, Not Impressions

We measure success by inquiries and bookings. Cheap clicks that never turn into a phone call don’t count.

How Camp Ads Fit in the Camp Growth Roadmap

Ads are the accelerator. The plan comes first.

Ad campaigns are developed in the Build phase and launched to drive traffic and generate bookings during the Grow stage of our Plan · Build · Grow process. But it really starts in the Plan stage, because ads without a plan just spend money faster. Your Growth Action Plan tells us which revenue stream to promote first, what a fair budget looks like, and how many inquiries the spend needs to produce.

Plans scale with the number of revenue streams you’re advertising, not the size of your organization. Ad spend is separate, and the Google Ad Grant may cover it.

Camp SEO FAQ

Questions camp leaders ask us.

How much should we spend on ads?

It depends on how much you want to grow. Our plans list typical ad spend ranges, and your Growth Action Plan sets the actual number based on how many inquiries you need. If you qualify for the Google Ad Grant, that covers much of the Google side.

Most registered nonprofit camps do. It’s up to $10,000 a month in free Google search advertising, and we check your eligibility as part of your plan. For-profit camps aren’t eligible, but paid Google Ads can still work well.

No. Plan fees cover our management. Ad spend goes straight to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn, and you can see every dollar. The grant only covers Google search, so Meta and LinkedIn budgets come out of your own pocket.

Not to start. Google search is where most camps begin, because those people are already looking. Meta helps when you want to reach families earlier or fill a specific session. LinkedIn makes sense if you host corporate groups. We add them when your plan calls for it.

Search ads can bring inquiries within weeks of launch. The first few months are about learning what works, then putting more of the budget behind it.

No, and anyone who does is guessing. We show projected results before you commit, track every inquiry, and tell you plainly what’s working and what isn’t. That said, we have a 100% success rate with camps that follow our Camp Growth Roadmap and we can back that up with documented results.
