Careers @ Improve & Grow
Find work that makes an everyday impact.
We’re a small, senior team in Lancaster, PA helping camps and retreat centers fill their calendars. Projects that stretch you, clients who keep you learning, and a team that’s genuinely better together.
What It’s Like Here
People are at the core of all of it.
Passionate. Collaborative. Self-starting. Flexible. Respectful. Supportive. Dedicated. Curious. Those are the words our team reaches for when they describe working here, and they’re not aspirational — they’re what showed up when we asked.
We celebrate the wins, big and small. We care about our clients, our people, and our community, and we’ve built a culture that asks everyone to work hard together and then genuinely enjoy each other outside of it.
One of Lancaster County’s Best Places to Work, 2023. Awarded by LNP Media — recognition of a workplace built around people’s wellbeing and development.

Careers FAQ
Questions candidates ask us.
What's the culture actually like?
Small, senior, and genuinely collaborative. We put a lot of weight on our people — we aim to serve clients as well as we can, develop as a team, and keep a culture people want to stay in.
What's the work-life balance like?
Real. We don’t expect work outside working hours. Most of the team uses the hybrid setup — some start at home or a coffee shop and come in later, some work from home a couple of days a week. What matters is that you’re an active part of the team and your work gets done.
Is there room to grow?
Yes, and we take it seriously. Mentorship, coffee chats with leadership, and ongoing education are all available to anyone who wants them.
What do you do for the community?
We give 10% of our profits to Zoe International, volunteer as a team through the year, and offer discounted rates to our nonprofit clients.
Do you have openings right now?
Not at the moment. Send us a note anyway — we’d rather know who’s out there before we need to hire.
