As a Senior Web Designer, you will be responsible for developing a strategic visual direction for our design work, creating efficient website/UI designs and mockups, improving results through creative problem-solving, leading effective collaboration with our team, and efficiently creating visual assets supporting our strategy.

As our Senior Web Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of our clients’ businesses. You’ll need to demonstrate your ability to tackle creative challenges and improve results through innovative problem-solving. But you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll lead a collaborative effort with our creative team, creating a culture of open communication and idea sharing. We will streamline the design process to create highly efficient and effective assets that drive our clients’ growth strategies and generate substantial revenue. Key Responsibilities 

• Envisions and crafts design work that aligns with strategic goals, driving success.
• Efficiently designs and creates user-friendly websites, interfaces, and visual mockups.
• Independently produces high-quality, effective page layouts that deliver desired outcomes.
• Collaborates effectively with the team, clients, and contractors, fostering a creative environment.
• Creates visual assets that powerfully support the overall strategy.
• Assists in internal marketing and brand development initiatives, taking an active role in promoting growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web design or a related field
• Degree in design, visual communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
• Experience managing projects and timelines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of visual design, branding, and user experience
